How to Customise Your RSVP Form
Add your own questions, reorder fields, and control what guests see — all from the RSVP Form Builder.
Step 1 — Open the RSVP Form Builder
Go to your invitation dashboard and click RSVP Form Builder in the left sidebar. This is a Premium feature — upgrade your plan if you don't see it yet.
Step 2 — Show or hide the RSVP section
At the top of the builder you'll find the RSVP Section Visibility toggle. When set to Visible, the RSVP form appears at the bottom of your invitation page. Flip it to Hidden to remove it entirely — useful if you've already confirmed all guests.
Adding questions — on Desktop (PC)
On desktop, the Add Fields panel sits on the left side of the screen. You have two ways to add a question:
- Drag & drop — drag a field type from the left panel and drop it onto the form canvas at the exact position you want
- Double-click — double-click any field type to add it at the bottom of the list
Adding questions — on Mobile
On mobile, the left panel is hidden. Use these two methods instead:
- + Add Question button at the top — opens a bottom sheet with all field types. Tap the one you want to add it at the end
- + Add question here — tap this link below any existing card to insert a new field right after it

Editing a question
Click the ✏️ pencil icon on any field card to open the edit modal. You can change:
- Question label — the text guests see above the field
- Placeholder — greyed-out hint inside the input
- Help text — a short note displayed below the field
- Required — toggle whether guests must answer before submitting
- Options (for Multiple Choice, Checkboxes, Dropdown) — enter one option per line
Reordering questions
Desktop
Grab the ⋮⋮ drag handle on the right side of any card and drag it up or down to the new position.Mobile
Use the ↑ and ↓ arrow buttons on each card to move it one step at a time.Deleting a question
Click the × button to delete a field. Fields marked with a 🔒 Required badge (like Guest Name and Phone Number) are locked and cannot be removed — they're needed to track who's coming.
Saving your changes
Click the Save Changes button in the top-right of the page header. All edits — new fields, reordered questions, label changes — go live on your invitation immediately. Guests who open the link after you save will see the updated form.
