How to Customise Your Response Form
Add your own questions, reorder them, and control what guests see — all from the editor, with changes going live the moment you publish.
Step 1 — Open the response form questions
In the editor, tap the Response form section on your invitation (or open it from the Sections panel), then tap Edit questions to see the full list of questions guests answer.
Step 2 — Show or hide the response form
Open Sections and switch Response form off to remove it from your invitation entirely — useful if you've already confirmed all your guests. Switch it back on any time.
Adding a question
Tap + Add a question at the bottom of the questions list. Fill in:
- Question — the text guests see, e.g., "Which function will you attend?"
- Answer type — Yes/No, Short answer, Long answer, Number, or Multiple choice
- Options — for Multiple choice, list each option (add as many as you need)
- Required — toggle whether guests must answer before they can submit
Ready-made questions
Every invitation starts with a set of common questions already added — edit, reorder, or remove any of them (except the guest's name, which is always required so responses can be matched to a guest):
Editing a question
Tap any question in the list to open it. You can change:
- Question text — what guests see
- Answer type — switch between Yes/No, Short answer, Long answer, Number, or Multiple choice
- Options (for Multiple choice) — add, edit, or remove options
- Required — toggle whether guests must answer
Reordering questions
Use the up and down arrows next to each question in the list to move it one step at a time.
Deleting a question
Open the question and tap Remove this question. The guest's name question can't be removed — it's what response tracking and CSV exports key off.
Publishing your changes
The editor saves your edits automatically as you make them. Tap Publish in the top bar to push everything live — new questions, reordering, label changes — so guests who open the link after you publish see the updated form.
