Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using Page2Party. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About the Service

Page2Party is an online platform that allows users to create, publish, and share digital wedding invitations. We provide tools for RSVP management, guest communication, and wedding event organisation.

2. Account Registration

To use our service you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you upload to Page2Party (text, photos, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to host, display, and deliver that content as part of providing the service.

The Page2Party platform, including its templates, design, software, and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform.

5. Free and Premium Plans

Page2Party offers both a free tier and paid premium plans. Features available on each plan are described on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify plan features with reasonable notice.

Premium plans are billed on a per-invitation, per-month basis. Payment is processed securely through Razorpay.

6. Payments

All payments are processed by Razorpay. By making a payment you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.

Subscription fees are charged at the time of upgrade. You can view your billing history in your account dashboard.

7. Invitation Visibility

Your invitation is accessible via a unique URL. By default, invitations are visible to anyone with the link. You can unpublish your invitation at any time from your dashboard, which will make it inaccessible to guests.

We do not index or promote individual invitations in search engines.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of Page2Party is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described therein. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep Page2Party available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Page2Party is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon deletion, your invitations and associated data will be permanently removed. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
